Extra City seeks applications for the post of
artistic director (m/f)
for immediate entrance into office.

The director's major duties include:

• setting up and monitoring the centre’s artistic policy
• organizing programmes and/or artistic activities and events
• internal and external communication with the board of administrators, the subsidizing government(s), the arts scene and the general public, both on a national and on an international level.

Job profile:

• an innovative vision
• a development oriented personality, readiness and willingness to develop growth strategies
• in-depth knowledge of the latest artistic trends
• awareness of the centre’s social mission
• proficiency in internal and external communication
• networking skills and ability to establish good relations with both national and international players
